Our service providing for maintenance, emphasizes the highest quality and efficiency, by service technicians having expertise in maintenance, being trained until they have expertise and certification. They can provide correct consultation and advice to maintain and extend utilization of equipment to be longer.
The company will deliver experts about products to maintain and take care the products in Bangkok and peripheral areas, to check and clean for three times per year and up-country area, numbering two times per year.
If goods are defective or obstructed, because of normal use, the company will repair, or modify the goods so that they are in good use within 7 days from the day the company is informed, without computing any expense.

If the goods are defective, or obstructed, because of normal use, the company will repair, or modify them so that they are in good condition within 7-10 days, or under the agreement; if there is necessity to order spare parts from abroad, from the day the company is informed, without computing any expense.
In case the company cannot repair the products completely within the said specified time, the company will provide and deliver spare products in the same type, in the same model or similar models for temporary use, in case the delivered products have life for not more than two years.
If the products are defective, or obstructed, which are not because of normal use, the company will repair, or modify the products; the company will compute expense, only in the part of spare materials and equipment for actual use and the company agrees to give discount of 20% from price of spare materials and equipment as usual.
The company delivers professional technicians to take care, check and clean, as well as modify the products, in case the products are defective, or obstructed, as requested; the company computes service charge of 5,000 Baht or 8,000 Baht per time (for laser type machines) and the company computes expense in the part of spare materials and equipment as actual use (if any).
For other goods the service charge will be computed as per distance. Technician Section will deliver service charge quotation in advance.
